I am a professional International Civil Engineer and Projects Manager with 25+ years of experience in the design and construction world. I am an enthusiastic team leader with the ability to lead teams, from the design stage through execution to the delivery of a project with a passion for excellence in providing building projects well executed, on time and to budget.

 I demonstrate good communication skills and an excellent reputation for professional work with an understanding of clients needs. I have analytical skills to devise innovative, practical solutions to construction problems.

We are focusing on eco-friendly and sustainability, specialising in providing energy-efficient, healthy and low operating cost buildings to minimise the negative impact of construction on the environment by being part of the change to better our lives and our planet.

Long term professional experience in MEP,  HVAC and Renewable Energy technologies  from design to implementation in sustainable  buildings, to enhance quality of life providing optimum cost-effective solutions for over 20 years. Focusing to achieve the target of the Zero-Carbon Energy mission through highly efficient sustainable buildings.

Received training sessions in Sudan Renewable projects sponsored by USA in the UoK and Customer satisfaction Sigma Course in MOTOROLA in Atlanata-USA.

Chairman of Setco Ltd. specialised in low current and Telecommunications equipment and services company.

Fadil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculty of Engineering , University of Khartoum and member of IMechE, UK
